I asked my attorney to hold moneys that were owed to my husband and me because was a civil case against my ex. I got my case based upon abuse, drunkardness, and adultry. My attorney did nothing to help me and now i am disabled and applied for disability, but because of her not prepared, I have nothing to live on until my disability passed, and I mean nothing, She even let get by and sponged the back allimoney that he owed to me. I have a house, car, and the reg, phone, electric, and that is all, but I can't even pay that and I think something is going on with her . She even made the comment that she didn't like me

None of what you are saying makes any sense. Your are blaming your disability on your divorce lawyer and your lack of money on the fact that your husband had a civil claim pending against him???
It is not your lawyers job to find sources of income for you, nor is it their job to budget for you.

You can call the Bar Association, and see what they say about your case, or you can go to legal Aid, they may also help if you have a case.

First, contact the State Bar to report your lawyer. Next see if you can qualify for the local Legal Aid. You should be able to qualify for that. good luck.

Contact your State bar Association. They will determine if your attorney acted unethically, and if so will take action against her license to practice law.

You can report her to her supervisor at the law firm that she works at or if she is a private attorney, you can report her to the bar association. They will take it from there.
