"Myself John G." doesn't have a verb. Therefore it is not a sentance. Sentance fragments are usually considered gramatically incorrect. And yes, such an introduction would make you sound very uneducated in normal conversation.

Grammatically, My name is John G. is a statement and used in formal situations where one asks your name; however My name is John G should be used in self-introductions.

I believe if you chose to introduce yourself in the first example given... you may want to say it this way...
I, myself, am John G."

This way you are declaring the subject in the sentence as "myself", ..........being spoken in first person "I" and your proper name "John G."

**Your other examples were correct also.

You can't say Myself John G. It is not a sentence. It has no verb and "Myself" is not a subject, it is an object.

I am John G.
John G is my name.
My name is John G.

"Myself" is only good if you're contrasting yourself with someone else, like perhaps if you were the last one of several people to introduce yourself. "I am John" or "My name is John" always make sense.
