How to get "YOU GOT MAIL" messages on screen?

I use Yahoo Mail and Mozilla Firefox. My computer is switched on all the time.
When doing something else, I would like a "YOU GOT MAIL" warning on screen as soon as mail has come in.
How do I install that?

If you use yahoo messenger, it will tell you everytime you recieve new email. Otherwise you could try downloading the yahoo widget engine at http://widgets.yahoo.com/
