Which one is more for your money and has the most features.... and which works best.

The second one is better because if you like music, it already has 32mb of storage, plus you can add more. It also comes with a camera. The first one is good for texting and it looks pretty good, but if you already have internet access anyway and you don't really want to pay for internet access on your phone as well (since you are on pay-as-you-go), you might as well have a walking MP3 player for a phone.

I would not choose either. I would choose a phone like TracPhone that lets you anonimously do things and is dedicated only to outgoing calls. If you loose your tracfone it will not be a disaster.
