Atoms of elements last forever (unless they are broken down in nuclear reactions). Elements are just rearanged in chemical reactions. So, they exist forever. They are the same atoms that made the dinosaurs, etc.

Nuclear toxic waste. But they say in caves there is no weathering and so if you left a shovel in there it would still be there intact in one million years. And bogs can also preserve things through the aeons amazingly.
Also, I guess God lasts forever, and maybe so does love. I've also heard that diamonds are forever but I'm not 100% sure on that until I further research it.

NO. But the half-life of radiation from spent plutonium nuclear fuel lasts for 25,000 years until it is only half as lethal as it is the day it is removed from the reactor.
On the day it is removed from a reactor, inhaling a speck the size of a dust particle will give you leukemia in the next few weeks.
