are u talking 8/16mm film? u need to find a telecine. i know a good one in london if thats where you live. he transfered 4 reels onot dvd or tape for around 50 quid.

Most decent photographic shops can, but if you have a capture card for your PC about Â£15 you can do it yourself :-)
