They should get everything except what was left to you in the will you really have no right to his stuff you weren't married and have no children with him. Dont be a selfish b****!

Don't be immature and not answer the phone. If you went to court, court would make you give the kids the stuff. Be happy with what they leave behind as your remembrance. Be true to your word and let them come get their parent's belongings. Trust me. They'll respect you for it. My dad died and his own brother took EVERYTHING and then he died and we have NOTHING left of our father and I think about it constantly, and with hatred and distaste for that uncle. Don't let that happen to you, ok? Not nice. Be mature.

no you would realise that not only were they your partner but they were someones parent and that the kids were part of that persons life whether you like it or not those are the facts so show some responsibility and compassion eh

Of course. I'd think about how I would feel if it was my dad and how it would be if I wasn't allowed stuff. Also how they would resent me if I didn't let them.
