I broke my iPod charger so I am using USB dock connector to charge it. I charged for whole day, but it still says "Do not disconnect" and charging process is going on. How long does it take to charge by dock connector, any ideas? (the battery was totally down)

How previous is your ipod? If it fairly is the mini, it must be extraordinarily previous, on condition that discontinued an prolonged time in the past. right here is the element: in case you have had it for basically a 365 days, it fairly is nonetheless coated for warantee. you could take it to the apple save, try the battery, and if there is a few thing incorrect, you get a clean one loose. If it fairly is over a 365 days, what you may desire to do is bypass to the Apple save and bypass to the Genius Bar. Make an appointment and have somebody inspect it with you. If it fairly is able to be fastened, you could fix it, if not, rather of in simple terms procuring a clean battery, placed money right into a clean ipod altogether. once you're having issues charging your ipod, what you may desire to do is RESET IT. Resetting would be your new terrific chum. So, say it fairly is lifeless, precise? Toggle the carry button. (Push it backward and forward some circumstances.) Then carry down the MENU button and the UP button on the comparable time for like, ten seconds. you will see then that the battery will start to cost. the terrific element to do is in simple terms take the ipod to the apple save and that they are going to furnish help to return up with a answer that works precise for you. Ipod's at the instant are not crap! have faith me. ;)
