Less sleep sometimes no proper skin care read some home remedies on this site to get rid of it

There are 3 known reasons for blackness below eye. They are:
1.Lack of sleep.
2.Irregularity in eating
3.Punch received(if) from others.
Take proper skin care. Eat well and sleep well.

Blackness bellow eyes comes due to some of the following reasons :
1. Age factor (above 40 may start)
2. Regular use of gogels
3.Alergic problem etc

There is no word in the medical dictionery as BLACKNESS OR DARKCIRCLES AROUND OR BELOW THE EYES. Its all that we keep hearing n all in the mind. if someone tells u ..u hve dark circles around the eyes u take it seriously..its jus psychology. Ther is no cure for it. Its ur natural skin.

improper skin care. Do eye exercise like keep yr eyes up then down 10 times, the at right and left sides 10 times, keep moving on clockwise 10 time and anticlockwise 10 times daily for 10 days, yr eye blackness will go definitely. Either your not eating properly
Not sleeping regularly and consistently
or someone hit you below your eye

Sometimes, a darker color beneath your eyes is caused by lack of sleep. If you're sleeping less than usual, try and get your winks. Also, sometimes it's genetic.

In addition to what the others have said, smoking can also cause this due to a low level of oxygen deprivation that causes the blood vessels to darken. Hopefully you don't smoke though !
