The answer depends on what you intend to use your Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) for. If you are looking for a great PDA without much frills, bells and whistles, I would look at the Palm Z22:

The Palm Z22 retails for about $99.

If you want a powerful, yet easy-to-use PDA with ability to connect with Bluetooth devices, watch your photos, use the PDA as an mp3 player, and have an SD slot for expansion and storage, I would look at the Palm Tungsten E2:

The Tungsten E2 retails for about $199, but you may be able to get it slightly cheaper.

If, however, you would also like to surf the Web and send/receive e-mail, I would recommend stepping up to the Palm Tungsten T/X that also includes built-in WiFi for Internet connectivity at hotspots:

The Tungsten T/X is priced at $299, but is well worth it. I would recommend goint to your local Best Buy to look at their line of PDAs. Try them, see how they feel, how they function, and then make a decision.

Likely online auction sites like eBay, $200 is not enough for most PDAs of any performance as completely new package, most Pocket PCs are out, this budget is enough only for higher echelon 2nd hand Palms but barely for mid-range Pocket PC (but some fits budget do exist).

I would recommend you to save a bit more and buy the Pocket PC as the PDA is almost out of date now.

for that price you'll get a limited cheap consumer grade one. Symbol MC50 is what i've got. Pro-grade, wi-fi, lan, VoIP, etc. very good above consumer-grade pda's/ above $1000. Or just get a dell crap one for $150.

You're confusing me sweetie... Pocket PCs are PDAs.

Take Eddie's advice. As usual, he is on point.
