There was a story that a person in the Weimar Rep. took a wheelbarrow full of money to purchase a loaf of bread (yes, inflation really was that bad), turned away for a second, and someone stole the wheelbarrow and left the worthless money.

Prices would rise tremendously because the money is worthless and has no value. Creating Jobs is the correct answer here. However, I would venture to guess that country would rebell against the dictator and then attempt to find a government more attuned to the needs of the people.

Inflation... If the amount of money goes up but the amount of products stays the same, prices will just go up and nothing will improve.

it happned in Germany, rampant inflation, so much so that you needed a wheel barrow to carry your wages and what you had in the morning was almost worthless at the end of the day.
