I don't know, I never cared. A zit is a zit. I can tell you how to help avoiding getting them:
Don't eat chocolate or junk food or soda, and wash your face, which I'm sure you do. Also, excessive make-up will cause zits, so just go plain, or with very little.

Sterilize something with Pointy tip ( a sewing needle etc)
Burn it and put in alcohol...
After you puncture it, take some fresh garlic, and smash it up.
Take the juice from the garlic and rub it into the wound.
Rinse it after a coulple minutes with it in there it wll probably
burn. Rinse it out with sea salt /water.
Try to squeeze a little out but dont force it...redo the
garlic juice/ salt water treatment every day, 3-5 times
each day. It will be gone!

After you wash your face, dab an astringent like Sea Breeze on it. This will help dry it up...at night, put regular old toothpaste on it and leave it on until you wash your face the next morning. Toothpaste has antibacteria qualities, and does help rid your face of a zit! I had a cosmetician tell me about that one, and it worked.
Good luck!

Hi
you need to add something to the spot to firstly dry it out, like t-tree or a dab of witch hazel. (only apply to the affected area) also if it's itchy or irritating hold some cold sliced cucumber on it ,it is cold and stops the itchy feeling, good luck Hope this helps and the best thing to remember is try and not worry about it. as that will not help. xxxxxxxx
