A friendship is one of the most trusted and valued of all things in life. Friendship is a ship sailed around the world and returns with other new friends. A Friendship is kindred to one soul, heart, and innerself. What is friendship, one of the most important things in life. Without friendship, I believe many would be naive and inconsiderate. A friendship lasts a lifetime if kept with in ones own heart. A good friendship is worth more than money, more than material things. It is a wonderful sense of caring. When your down and no one wants to listen, who do you turn to?" A friend in deed, is a friend in need!" Without our friends we would many times go off track and never find our way back. A true friend is one who will stand by you in thick and thin, in romance and traumatic moments, yes, a friend is always worth having in need and indeed are as peas in a pod. A friendship is a wonderful thing, made up of trust, love, and then some. How goods a friendship? It is a golden rainbow of colors and life, that is what friendship is and more.....

Friendships are works in progress. No one is born knowing exactly how to be the best kind of friend. There are only a couple of things that offer the best chance. One must have the ability to forgive. We are all only human, and do and say stupid or hurtful things once in a while. Empathy, it's important to understand how people feel and that feelings can change in a heartbeat. We all react and sometimes it's not the most ideal reaction. Finally, communication. If something your friend has done upsets you, it's vital that you talk to them about it. It's too easy to say, "If you were a true friend you wouldn't have done that to me." That makes it all about you. For a friendship to work, you have to work at friendship.

A good friendship has its fights, but makes up. A good friend is always there for you, respects your decisions, and beliefs. A good friendship has its ups a downs. A true friendship never dies. A good friendship is always there. To be a good friend, you must give, and take. Its a cycle. If you cannot give good friendship, you cannot recieve it. So the other person cannot give, and cannot take.
