Dont eat past 7pm. Unless its like a fruit or something non-fatty. Dont stay up too late.

8am: breakfast
11am: snack
1pm: lunch
4pm: snack
6pm: dinner
after: one time snack

Eat plenty of greens, more greens in. Less garbage going in. Almonds and other nuts are good. Dairy, Turkey, Eggs. You dont have to starve yourself from eating. Just eat regularly in smaller portions and exercise, just because you eat good dont mean it wont have a bad effect on you if you just sit around. Fruits are excellent for you also. Try to walk a mile every day on free-will. The average person already walks 5.5 miles a day. So one more outside or on a treadmill wont hurt and it will give you more confidence about how u feel. At night do some leg raises while watching TV or reading. I take it you want to lose weight around mid section so crunches, sit-ups and leg raises work great. well anything else, let me know. good-lucK!

Eat little but often, as it helps speed up the metabolism and increases weight loss. Drink plenty of water as it will help detox the body and will help stop you retaining water. Coffee is good in moderation, as is tea.

Breakfast
Mid morning snack
Lunch
Mid afternoon snack
Dinner
Light snack

The snacks would be fruit

make sure that you stop eating Carbohydrates by mid afternoon and that you exercise at least 4 times a week.
As you reduce the carbs, increase the protein intake, exercise before breakfast as this will burn the most fat calories.

Exercise for at least 1 hour with a good 10 minute warm up, 40 minutes of aerobic (jogging, swimming, cross trainer) and 10 minutes cool down with stretching.

Make sure you also do weight training to help tone up your body. Encompass, sit ups and press up each day and you will soon enjoy looser clothes and a healthier body.

Just remember, it takes hard work, but once you start to see results you will see it is all worth it....

Use a smaller plate. Have desserts with tea (supper). Snack twice a day and make one a sweet fruit and the other a savoury like crackers and cheese.

eat six small meals instead of three big ones. Go for walks, buy a twist and shape and use it the full 5 minutes each day.
Make housework a part of exercise by exagerating motions.

Drink more water.

Well you have to think of it like this... the first three words of diet is DIE really no dieting involved look at the things you are eating now and you know the stuff which is bad for you has to be thrown out...however exercise is the key not just eating moderate portions, for your body size at the moment, if your not committed to change shape by just eating the right foods the results will not be as quick as you want it to be.

Yes. The only effective way to lose weight and keep it off, is glycaemic indexing and metabolic profiling. Of course you should always exercise, even if it is only walking up and down the stairs instead of taking the lift. Drop us an email or give us a call.

Make youself a rule to never eat standing up, this will prevent a multitude of sins like eating while your cooking which you may not realise your doing and if you are sitting down to eat you are concentrating on what you are doing which sends your brain the message that you are eating and so in turn starts the metabolic rate working faster.

Apart from that there is loads of advice i would like to give you but it is all generally mentioned above.

Good luck with the weight loss, but please dont loose too much, women were meant to be slightly curvy and its what instictivly attracts men to us. Ask any of em, they dont like stick thin women!!!

all depending on your life style and your diet already, if you are going to a gym then you have to see how much carbs you are eating, carbs are fuel for the body, so if you eat to much your body will use the fuel, and wont attack the fat, also you need to speed your metabolic rate up, I'm a fitness instructor and because i train alot i have to eat every couple of hours and in between, because burn it up so quick, so exercises less carbs, or get the point system from weight watchers, i don't believe in diets, because its healthy eating that makes you lose weight..Good Luck x

Carbohydrates: bread, pasta, rice, etc
Protein: meat, fish, nuts, etc
Fruit and Veg
Dairy Produce: butter, cheese, etc
Fats and Sugars: cakes, crisps, biscuits (BUT NOT TOO MANY OF THESE)
And do plenty of excercise! At least half an hour a day if you can!
