Yahoo is still working on too many things at once (new home page, beta mail, photomail, etc.) and various parts of the world experience rolling disconnects and other problems at various times. Not everyone is affected. For the past few days people with AT&T Yahoo in south Texas were experiencing problems.

But just in case you've got some bad cookies installed, try this. Click start > control panel > internet options. When the dialog box opens, click delete cookies then confirm. Then click delete files (including offline files) and confirm. Finally, click clear history and confirm. Close the dialog box and restart your computer.

delete unneeded mail and free up space. You might have reached max allowed space

Poor internet connection may cause for that trouble.
It was Ok for me .
Check file size you may attached to your emails.
