How many friends do you have?
Do you like them?
Do you expect them to stop being friends with each other just because you are their friends?
You have a female friend who has a boyfriend who she likes better than you.
If you can’t handle that… then move on!!!

You should never like a girl that way if she is taken. How would you like it if you had a girlfriend and someone tried to move in or break you up? Don't do that, she likes you as a friend, nothing more this is why she won't break up with her bf she loves him see the difference.
There may be someone looking at you and you are missing out because you keep looking at this other guy's girl. Not good.

Most likely she likes you as a friend, but is affraid to hurt your feelings if she tells you differently. Why are you trying to hook up with a girl who already has a boyfriend. How would you feel if you were the boyfriend and someone else was doing this to you? It's called Morals....get some. When you do wrong in life, it comes back on you.

Move on because that girl is playing games with you. Suppose she did break up with her boyfriend you still should not want her because if she willing to leave him then she will do the same to you.

If she expressed her interest in you but she does not follow her action, then you know she is just blowing smokes.
You should also let her know that she needs to come to you clean of past relationship before anything can begin, coming to you with unsettled past love is bound to create problem for you and shorten your relationship with her.
If she is really toss and turning thinking about you, you should see some action soon. Otherwise it all just flirting and nothing solid.

If she breaks up with her boyfriend to be with you , she'll break up with you to be with another guy. Find someone who's available and worth your emotions

i have been there... i was the girl. she is thinking you would be fun to fool around with, and hang out with. but she probably really loves her boyfriend and doesnt think its worth giving him up

you use the term "like" so that means you're not yet in love with her, then i guess it wouldn't be too hard for you to move on and look for someone who is available...
