This boy asked me out one time and i said know and he started crying.but he is really nice and sweet. but he asked me out again and i dont want to hurt his fealings what do i do?

Stay away from this guy, he has stalking potential. You already told him no and he started crying? This guy has issues. What do you think is going to happen if you do go out with him? You will hurt him more in the long run by giving in just to make him happy when you don't want to date him in the first place.

This guy scares the hell out of me.......He sounds like he is immature, not sure of himself, would do anything to get you, and then would have a big problem letting you go......Definitely, let him down easy, and have a witness with you,but make sure you keep saying no. If he is still bothering you, say several weeks later, talk to you Mom and a counselor at school (if you go to school)

Why don't you go out with him and tell him the truth what you are feeling. Meaning, you are just being open with him. But be careful because he might brag it about to others. Be prepare for the outcome.
Just make sure that you will finish/end everything.

If you want to go out with him then say "yes". It is rare for anyone to start crying just because someone turns them down and I would interpret it a ploy to play on your emotions to get his own way. Trust me he somehow found the confidence to try again and he will continue to use whatever methods available to him to obtain his own selfish end.

I know you do not want to hurt his feelings but you do not like this guy. You just let him down easily last thing you want to do is pity this guy. You only hurt him in the long run.

I don't like hurting people's feelings either. But it sounds like he really likes you. Just tell him that you are not interested in him in that way. If you go to the same school, ask him to sit at your table ONCE and strike up a FRIENLDY converstaion.
I don't know. But tell him that you don't like him that way.
