Romantic love is a form of love that is often regarded as different from mere needs driven by sexual desire, or lust. Romantic love generally involves a mix of emotional and sexual desire
Romantic relationship doesn't have to involve the act, just the desire to have sex.
Does that mean romantic relationship is 100 percent no sex?

Romance may not mean sex.
Should I use the terms “platonic romance” and “sexual romance” to distinguish the difference?

Platonic is a term that infers the relationship is not sexual in nature, more of a "friends" relationship instead of a sexual relationship.

Romantic relationship is a term that means different things to different people, to some it would infer a physically intimate/sexual relationship, to others it would mean simply a "more than friends" relationship.

You can have romance even in a platonic relationship since the platonic relationship really is just one in which you are not physically intimate.

And, while there are plenty of people out there that can easily have a sexual relationship without romance, you will find that without romance, physical relationships aren't nearly as rewarding.

Romantic relationships usually involve sex. Platonic relationships are for the love of the person and not sexual. Romance does not always involve sex though. My significant other and I were friends for 4 years before we did anything. Of course, I pretty much melted anytime he laid a hand on me, so it was well worth the wait!

Romance does not involve sex and Platonic means strictly friends. Romance art of being romantic. Romance could be anything like couple holding hands, when boyfriend gives you flowers and candy for no reason, when you boyfriend writes you a poem, when boyfriend goes with to see a chic flick at the movies or when he buys your favorite CD.
