Hello Night,

I think everyone has evil thoughts sometimes ummmm i hope it's not just me!!!! Anyhoo not everyone actually does what they think they might want to because we know wrong from right. However i reckon there are Amoral people round about who don't care if what they do is wrong, and so will play out evil schemes. I have met people who use good principles as an excuse to do evil as well, so this is such a difficult question. You can even do evil when you think your doing good. In fact i think i'm doing somthing good in my life at the moment but i'm not sure if it's effecting someone else in an evil way.
I GIVE UP!!!!

Not really. Only when you put your thought to life do you move from being an evil thinker to an evil doer!

No. but as an earlier answer stated evil doers are evil thinkers. If someone wants to fantasise evil deeds it is better that than acting it out in reality.
We don't have thought police, YET!!

Every system of law in the world draws a line between action and thought. Thoughts are not necessarily acted on, so they, in themselves, are not evil.
To be noted, Christians attribute the "sin is in the thought" line of reasoning to Jesus, yet the idea was lifted from previous Jewish teaching to "build a wall around the Torah." Meaning that to keep from doing evil acts keep yourself from thinking evil thoughts. Yet Judaism still maintains that the sin in the action, not the design.

To carry out evil a person has to think in an evil fashion, but I do think that some people think bad things but never act on them, so I guess the anwer is no.

not necessarily, evil thinking doesnt always mean going out and acting on it. I think real evil thinkers are the psychopaths who have no inner censor or if they did it was flawed because they crossed the line and then it 'liberates' for all things, great things as well as evil things.

Our thoughts preceed our actions, so all doing of "evil" (whatever you mean by that word) starts with thinking it. But most thinking goes no further than the thought world -- it takes effort and intensity to energise thought and then materialise it. So it would be a serious mistake to assume that because a person has a thought of, say, killing someone, they have any intention or risk of actually doing so.

I don't think so. There is a difference in thinking something evil and actually carrying that thought out. We all have bad thoughts, it's whether we act any of them out that makes the difference.

I don't think so . One example would be Author Stephan King . His evil thinking has made him rich and famous, and he never broke any laws by writing his books . He's certainly a well adjusted family man with a great imagination .
