how do i find the black vaN in gta san andreas that i can steal houses with it ????

well i know that there is one van on each island. the van in San fierro is opposite the driving school but there is a little alley and there should be a black van. just check all the alleys. the one in las venturas is found next to a group of garages and it's near the casino with the sphinx but behind it and i don't know where the los Santos one is.
