We were intrigued with the title of this new Restaurant in Bulverde, and decided to spend a well-deserved night out. The atmosphere was very interesting, including the wagon that was hoisted above our dinner table. The dining hall was huge, it would make a nice dance floor (hint hint)! I loved the chuck wagon outside with the cowboy demonstrating how to make biscuits. We didn't visit the bar, which was adjacent to the restaurant. We also liked seeing the steers behind the fence.

The only complaint I have was the odor when you walked into the ladies restroom. They must have had septic trouble.

My husband and I ordered Potato Skins as an appetizer (yummy), and we shared a 32 oz. Ribeye with a side of broccoli and a dinner salad. I was almost already full from the salad and the dinner bread before we got the meal. My margarita was pretty good too. Aside from spending $75 for dinner for 2, I thought the food and service was superb. Bravo!
