Today, some insurance companies call this kind of auto accident a No Fault Claim. Rich man, Poor man, it shouldn't matter because accidents happen to everyone at any time, any where.
If you were an eye witness to the scene, it should be put in the police report and the report will reflex which driver was at fault to the insurance company only. No one should ever get involved in physical combat over a incident so minor as a fender bender.
That so called "Rich Man" can now push charges against you for assault/battery

The person who is driving with a loud reverse horn should be taken to task.Reverse horn hooting does not mean one can hit others without actually seeing what is just behind him.The other person who was hit may be deaf and cannot hear anything. So u r right but should have taken him to task rather than beating up. U should have taken the help of police..

It depends. There is no doubt that the car had a very loud back horn. But, one cannot just back your car blindly.
Second thing was the poor driver so engrossed?
Please judge a person keeping in mind that all men are equal and have equal rights.
Be judicious.

Both should have gotten a brain-duster, neither were paying attention.
Although, according to the law, the driver backing up is required to yield the right-of-way.

What are you talking about?
You beat-up someone because you were a bystander?
I think you need serious professional help. You're never supposed to "beat" anyone, that's called assault. You can go to jail for 5 or more years depending on the incident!!!
I think you need a counselor.

I don't know how rich and poor got into this question. Irregardless of that, you behaved like a thug, and I wish our streets were free of people like you.
