Follow through. That is the key. If you cant follow through then you will keep failing. Also set goals that you can actually achieve.

howdy you! Y!A has made me an addict!! heavily, it made me open up a sprint and that's amazingly an accomplishment. some human beings have touched my heart by ability of being open, basic, candy, supportive, humorous, have super poles, or in basic terms there with the perfect element of say on the perfect 2nd. i do no longer understand if i've got replaced as a individual, yet as quickly as I even have, i can purely be a sprint extra helpful.

The right answer is that there is no answer. It sounds like you need something or someone, though. My first instinct is to say you need Jesus, but I won't, ha ha. Just depend on a figure, be it a family member or a friend or lover or even a stuffed bear. Use them as crutches, but love yourself first. Love yourself. That means you have to be nice to your brain and your body. Smiling a lot helps to keep you wrinkle-free, too :)

Bistro is absolutely right . i agree to that . Its our own will power and self motivation that can help us change our life for the better . We have to tell ourselves ...this is the way i want to be ...and be constantly working towards what we aim to be . Habit is nothing but a conditioning of mind ...so we just need to re-condition ourselves to the right things in order to make life better . hope that helps . good luck buddy

turning ones self around completely is inposable as the past well always influance us in some why.riding ones self of anything would keep you from enjoying victory over those things .as for me i have only to accept and move on .everyone is differant and to say what would turn 9one around would most likly not work for the next

Easy, start by serving people who are less fortunate than yourself: i.e. volunteering in a cancer ward, working in a soup kitchen or with the elderly. When you set your priorities on helping others, all the rest will fall into place.

even if u dont realise. But someone is seriously loves u. and that is God. He loves u because ur a reflection of him. Like u can live n amazin hot life by doin the good n right things..n he will so love u.

stand up to yourself and say, I will be a better person at all costs. nothing is more powerful than my mind, and with it I can do all things. For it is with my mind that these errors were brought forth. Today, I will make a change for the better.
