I did all the herbal crap first when trying to diet... I finally went to my doc, and she gave me a script for Adipex... *( its an RX )* However I do know you can get it online on SOME sites, but its more expensive from what I've seen... My insurance *( blue cross )* Won't cover it yet... *( they said tho they would if my doc called them )*... ANYWAYS... i lost like 50 pounds in 13-14 weeks... The stuff has done wonders...
The first 3 days of taking it you'll be a little shakey....
If you have had any anxiety or depression, keep it on the low, because my friend is trying to get on Adipex, and her doc is freaking out about it because she had minor depression when her husband was across the country doing his internship.... Other then that... Yah give it a week... then decide if it's worth it to you or not.... it may make you not need as much sleep, and shakey at night if u drink 100 moutain dews a day *( like me )* every once in a while... but if I had it to do and start all over again, I would deffinately keep taking it and redo it... There are way more pro's then con's.

there a lot of pills but nothing is proved about the herbal oills some times spurious herbal pills may have harmful substances,its better to loose weight by doing regular excercises and modifying the diet.

None. All of these pills tell you to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Also, they tell you to exercise and eat a healthy diet. If you do that without the pill, you will lose weight.
