Why? I consider my self a leader, because I will take charge when I know what needs to be done.

I can do both. When there seems the need for a leader, I will take charge. When there is a leader and I do not know what needs to be done, I follow. It's good to be in the middle.

I'd rather follow - and I'm a good one if I admire who's leading - however, if the leader is mucking it up - I'll take the lead and see it all through. Suppose that I am considered a reluctant leader.

I mostly am a follower, because I do not like the responsibilities of THE LEADER.... but, in times, when necessary, I WILL TAKE CHARGE and lead, !!!!

I'm a follower of myself & Leader for others., As I do only what I think's right, & wish others to follow me, for assured inherent benefits.

I'm a follower who will try to take the lead! I just wait for the right time to take over!

There is a third option, which is to neither lead nor follow... I am quite independent and don't mind what the others are doing. I just do what I believe is right.
