gooch doobers?

errm, kinda embarassing but i have a rather large doober in the regiopns of my gooch. It is very uncomofrtable and quite embarassing, any adice? i am using topical cream and im still finding it quite itchy.

time to go to the er and get it looked at sounds like an infection is down there
