Who is that guy who curses out people in America in the tool album?

There is a short track on either the Opiate or Aenema album with a guy - he sounds russian to me - and he starts out saying "oh you really hurted me..." and he keeps saying f*** you f***ing americans...and 1/3 of americans get cancer... and so on. Does anyone know who this guy is? If you listen to it it's actually pretty funny I think.

It's the lead singer, James Maynard. He speaks German
