Well, there's not really a 'best,' because who's to say who can determine who's best? If you mean who has had the most sales, then people like Mariah Carey, Elvis Pressly (please excuse me if I spelled his name wrong =P), and the Beatle's are the 3 top-selling artists of all time. If you mean artistically, then it's based on your own taste in music. And vocally, well, people like Charlotte Church and Josh Groban have been hailed to have the voices of angels. Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, and Minnie Riperton have been all known to get that special 'high note.'
