He's 11 and I'm 13 but that doesn't matter but he really creeps me out he just stares at me and it REALLY creeps me out!
What can I do to stop him from staring at me??????????
(And hopefully make him stop liking me!)

well,the way you cannot force anyone to like you or love you the same applies viceversa...
about he staring and stuff i guess just go up to him and tell him straight that how it irritating you and you ahve been disliking him more and more!!

Don't even acknowledge the fact that you know he's there - sooner or later he'll get the hint and will get tired of trying and move one - better yet, let him see you w/ someone else (even if it is just a fake-out)!!! Make sure the "other" person knows it's just a favor to you and a fake out!

talk to him and tell him that you really see him friendly and if that doesn't help make your boyfriend or one of your boy friends to talk to him and tell him to leave you alone
