The last Dalek did survive, but disappeared before it could be sucked into the void that is between the the different time dimensions. So watch out the Darlek's will be back!!!!

Sure they were stuck in the void cos they had those particles on them from when they travelled accross the first time that meant they got stuck in the void when they were sucked out that room.

I am not sure, but I think one dissapeared before it was sucked into the void. I think I remember telling someone that. I will have to watch it again!!

No,there was one that disappeared. I remember it saying something like,' initiate temperal shift' or summing like that, its just so that there's more stories to put in the episodes later.
