in malaysia....the malays get special rights..
i know this kind of thing happens in america as well....what do u guys think about it..?
over here....if your not a malay or a muslim....its extra difficult for you to get scholarships or jobs.
its easier for malays to get A's in examinations because the standard is lowered for them.
my chinese tuition teacher was really angry....he told me that his daughter who scored 12A's in her SPM examination(O levels) didnt get a scholarship...but her malay classmates who only managed to get 5A's....well they got full scholarships to further studies in the U.K.

Native Americans don't get any special treatment. Off the reservation, we are treated the same as any other American. We follow the same laws, eat the same food, pay the same taxes, etc. On a reservation, each tribe has a status similar to that of a state in the US. Native Americans not paying property tax is just like Alaskans who don't pay state taxes. Each tribe has their own government and laws. Ultimate authority still belongs to the US government who may choose to overrule a tribe's governmental decision-making.

It's called Oppression by majority. If it happens here in America it's not legally supposed to.
