How real is the tv show the apprentice as a real bussiness interveiw ?

After watching 5 seasons it seems like some of these contestents just get on for the thrill to have fun with alot of compitition with one another to test each others bussiness abilitys and skills.Some will take a risk of getting fired anyway because they be aware of the fact that some of the other contestants look more experiance then they are.Shuold they think twice before they get on tv?

if they really want to be mr trump's apprentice then they should just go for the show. dont need to bother how the competitors are like and compare yourself with them. by telling yourself they are much better than you in terms of experience and ability, you had already lost the first battle as you do not trust yourself. once they are prepared to put in their effort and have confidence, the show should be the right direction for them. some people may just be there to gain some experience and see how others display their potentials, but they should also learn from them at the same time and apply the good techniques for themselves in order to gain something from the show even if they are not eventually the apprentice.
