Well, I am turning fourteen in two months, so take this from someone your (or whoever you are asking the question for) own age. I am about 5'4" and I only weigh around 97 to 100 lbs. I think this is actually small for my age, but the average is around 115-120. I recommend to just be happy with the weight you are, and if you are under weight by a lot, I would bulk up. Maybe eat more good quality foods, not junk food. Junk food adds unnecessary fat to your body. Another way to gain weight could be to work out at the gym and gain weight in muscle content. If you are over weight, maybe you should cut down on the fatty and salty products you may eat. Its hard for me to give advise on losing weight, because I have no experience. Try to eat healthier. More fruits and veggies, and fish is also very good for you. You aren't going to want to eat big portions, you may seem hungry for the first week or so, but I believe most get used to dieting. Another way to shed your lbs. is to work out. Not so much lifting weights, but sit ups and crunches, jogging, etc. I hope this info helps.
