I always hate it when I'm trying to take a dump and have to be careful not to touch the walls of the stall because people decide to publicly display their nose slime.

I see that way too much. It is just people trying to be publicly gross.
I've also seen some cases where people have actually smeared poo on the walls.
Are they too blind, or ignorant, to realize there is toilet paper right in front of them?

Oh my god that is so disgusting.I have never come across this probably because I will literally go all day without a toilet rather than use a public one.Yuck thank goodness I avoid them.
