Before getting pregnant I was very active. I used to exercise a lot and most of all I adore dancing. Now I'm 18 weeks pregnant and since then I didn't do any exercise I'm scared that I could harm my baby. Even when I stroll in bed and stretch I feel pain in my tummy. Is this due to lack of exercise? Are the any mommies out there who could tell me how they exercised when pregnant. I want to somehow take out this energy inside me.

I think the best thing you can do during a pregnancy is yoga. It takes your mind of the pain and it eases your soul.

No harm in leaving your exercise for a while. Why risk your babies safety? Consult a doctor who knows/ I can't see walking being particularly harmful unless it is truly straining you in which case you should rest.
