i want to know if there is any free ware that i can use to do voice command. WHat is voice command, how do i download it, is it free,where do i get it, how do i use it. WHat is speech reconition?

If you have a Windows XP computer, then you already have a good voice command/recognition software built in. Check out the Microsoft document about speech recognition:

What you want to do is to expand on that capability using software from e-Speaking. Check out the videos showing the voice command capability of that software:

The e-Speaking software is shareware ($14) which isn't exactly freeware. But it is closer to being free than some other software.
