Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask t wice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your clenser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face nad take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others. Using witch hazel as an astrigent also helps some people. I know the baking soda will get your skin noticably smooth right after you do it.

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a career of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria. https://tr.im/bc9db comes with full customer satisfaction.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healing process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

use a clay mask. i like Queen Helene's Mint Juliep Masque ($2.50 at any drug store). Bath and Body Works has some good masks as well. the mask will suck the oil and dirt out of your pores without overdrying your face (which can lead to more acne). it will also help the redness of your face.

another thing that would help your face's redness and t-zone acne is an oil free, hypoallergenic spf lotion. i like Neutrogena's SPF 15 Lotion in the Sensitive formula. when the skin is damaged by the sun, your skin turns red and produces oil and new skin cells to try and protect the skin. this leads to clogged pores.

Clean your face twice a day with Neutrogena acne cleanser. Once before bed, once in AM. Put on Neutrogena acne lotion, try only before bed because it sounds like your face is sensitive. Use a water-based moisturizer during day with a sunscreen of 15 SPF or higher. Drink a lot of water, eat your veggies, and get some sleep.

Try using an eye redness removal, dab it on a cotton
then let it freeze in the freezer, put it on the affected
area in place, hold to it for about 10 minutes tops.

For Home remedies try this......
With one teaspoon of cinnamon powder mix 2 teaspoons of honey and apply on your face in the night and wash it out in the morning with luke warm water. Try this for one week. It will cure pimples from the root itself without any black marks......
