i have tried dove skin brightner, i have scrubbed, i don"t know what else to use. i do not have any blemishes, bumps, or peeling, i just want a pretty natural glow, without having to get it from make - up. thank you

Try Neutrogena microdermabrasion kit. You clean face and dip a pad into the scrub and put in on a motorized handle that gently exfoliates dead skin cells from your skin. follow up with a moisturizer. Drink a lof of water, eat your veggies, and get some sleep.

I love the new Jergens Natural Glow. I buy the one especially for Fair Skin tones. It gives you a gradual tan. Go to Walmart and buy a long shower scrunci with a handle on each end so you can exfoliate your back real well then towel dry and use the lotion. If you can't reach all areas of your back ask someone to help you. It's a great product.

Are you using a good exfoliater? Also, exercise will increase blood flow to the skin, as will taking niacin (but your skin will flush and tingle for a few minutes).

I love the new NEUTROGENA exfoliant kit, you use it once or twice a day, my face was the same, really dull, but no blemishes... this stuff was awesome. (It's like $30.00, but it lasts forever!) You can get it at Walmart
