Try yoga, tai chi, a workout in the gym, a walk in the park with the dog. Meditate. Get a pet. Eat well, sleep well.
Try a nightclass, don't matter if you have a degree, do something you will find fun, or you missed out on doing before through study or working. Art, whatever. Take a mensa test. Volunteer at the samaritans a couple of nights a week.

This is called the Screaming hab dabs. It is a common condition among the beautiful and very highly intelligent well bred women. I am afraid that the working class dont suffer from it so i am afraid that if you cant change your heritage you will just have to suffer. yes if you cant find a nice secluded place to scream then an alternative is to make a big scarecrow like thing and hang it up somewhere and beat the **** out of it or you could also incorporate the screaming, i think this would work well

Well you should take a drive somewhere, and in the car put in music that u love and makes u feel good. Then when u get somewhere quite, like the beach(on a rainy day) or the mountains then just screem and figure out what gets you so mad.

Scream into a pillow, or kick the crap out of something soft. Or find someone in your family and have a pillow fight. It's so funny and a lot of tenstion will be released.

Use a pillow...or crank some heavy death metal and scream to it. It may be that you need to be treated for a bit with antianxiety meds or just find a therapist or group to talk to.

try a silent scream, I do it all the time,I even got the girls that work for me doing it too, it really works, 1st make 2 fists and pull your elbows into your sides, bend over as if you had a stomach cramp, screw up your eyes and stamp your feet and scream without making the actual sounds, instant relief, fantastic, try it

Go for a long walk to a very secluded spot and let it all out. I get like this and end up hitting my pillow over and over. Are you happy?
