Most people don't understand what's going on in their own heads, nevermind somebody elses!
This may well happen some day, though, anything is possible...eventually.
That thing about using 10% of our brains BTW is a hoary old chestnut that isn't even true. It was first misquoted nearly a hundred years ago from an early neuroscientist who was trying to explain that at that time they didn't understand the FUNCTION of more than 10% of the brain.
While we do not yet understand what MIND is we have a very good understanding of most brain area functions and it is common knowledge that not only is all of our brain in constant use, some are beginning to suspect that we are indeed able to access knowledge that is not within our own heads through means that are,as yet, shrouded in mystery.

Basically, if you have ever been enthusiastic about using hypnosis in order to get a handle on the results of discussions to your benefit, then you'll possibly have an interest in what is being taught in Black Ops Hypnosis, an online plan that you will find here https://tr.im/PLQHJ .
This system, Black Ops Hypnosis consists in 3 major patterns. The practices from Black Ops Hypnosis are extremely useful and function very well in reality.
Black Ops Hypnosis is certainly one of typically the most popular covert and conversational hypnosis products and services and it has bought well to the 1000s of copies worldwide.

infact you cannot read into someone's mind since you will not even see the brain of the person. But you can guess what the person is thinking by interpreting their actions. We call this body language. If you can understand their body language, then you will know how the person is thinking because it is his subconscious mind that is directing his movements and the person himself cannot hide those movements since that part of his conscious brain is not aware of his bidy language signals.

By using body language people give signals about what is there in their mind. Develop the skill for reading body language so you can read other people's mind.

realistically
you must train yourself in the ways of reading people's actions...kinda like how poker players do when playing
if you wanted to really read minds you would need to use more than just 10% of your brain (humans only use 10% of their brain)

Read their actions, emotions, and expressions, if you get very good at it, you'll be able to tell roughly what they're thinking about.
