"All Along the Watchtower" is a light, and simple song.
"Blowin' in the Wind" is a classic.
"It Ain't Me Babe" is one of my favorites of all time, great song.
"The Hurricane" has a little punch to it but it still enjoyably calm.
"Gotta Serve Someone"
"Jokerman"
"Knockin' on Heaven's Door"
"Forever Young"

Probably, "Lay Lady, Lay"
I also like "Things Have Changed" from the Wonder Boys soundtrack... He got some award for that...
"Saved" is another good one...

Tangled Up In Blue. That is one of my fav's and suits Mr. Dylan's vocal peculiarities quite well.

Oh boy... there are soooo many others.. Try his albums, especially Vol. I & II, and Don't Think Twice, It's Alright..
Incidently, those 2 are the most overplayed.
