Enamel
I see people below me have said "plaque" which is probably the answer you're looking for. But I must remind you that "enamel" is a type of paint ( walls ) and is also a glossy hard covering on the crown of teeth. I will be very interested in who you reward best answer to! I won't be mad if you give it to "plaque" though. That is a very good answer and a great riddle. Good job!

I would say enamel and plaque both are found in the mouth and on a wall

Nails - you place or put a nail on or into the wall to hang a picture, and you often have your nails in your mouth if you bite/chew them.

Hmm... looking at the other responses, perhaps I'm wrong.
