tetrapalegic c/5,c/6,some activity of a c/7,pressure wound located at the top of the left backside of hip[top of left buttocks],this wound is a little larger than a us quarter[3.5cm by 3.00cm].patient has been immobilized since may 2006.also thought some imformation on latest healing techniques,such as "live"ointments or "live"dressings,etc.any tips to speed up the healing process would be great.any clinics doing a clinical trial study on this subject would be a super bonus.at this time,i have been unable to find any clinics participating.locations of studies prefered would be richmond,va.or in the state of florida.any imfo i can collecti appreciate so very much,and i so thank-you.

Try these web sites for pressure healing therapies just had an inservice on the KCI wound vac. Pretty amazing the healing time for the healing of wounds. kcimedical.com or blueskymedical.com You may be able to find something through them. I do know hospitals offer the therapy and participating home health agencies. Good Luck
