Walk out of the situation, go for a walk, take in a cup of coffee or something (never alcoholic) that makes it worst. Sit on park bench until you cool down. Then go back and discuss the problems calmly.

if you walk out on a fight, it might look as if you don't care, if you fight too much it will start affecting your relationship. If the fight is worth fighting, try and keep it decent, no name calling or insulting. If there is a way to avoid it and talk about it later in a calm and decent way, do it. I have a very volatile temper, so when i feel i a m about to explode, i just go out and do something that requires physical effort, like riding a horse or taking a long walk and just give time to the adrenaline to dissipate.

anger comes from lack of knowledge and depp seated feelings of insecurity
ever seea good debate
in an ideal debate no one gets angry, as if you know what youare talking about and you covered you bases, you are confident in you replies to any question posed.. but when you se a debate get inflamed it's becuase one side has exposed holes in the logic of the other side and the other side knows it and gets upset.. not at the person, but at himself for not knowing the correct response and answer..
so it is with all arguements
it's the person who is lacking in knowledge who gets upset as they feel slighted if their opnion is not heard proper, they feel stupid ( and thus yell to compensate ) for not having any valid arguements in reply..
all aguement start out as conversations ( unless you coming in an accusatory fashion with a raised tone of voice ) that can quickly disenigrate once the name calling ( a bad sign.. and once you go there you have allready lost respect and the arguement ) starts the tone and inflection of voices can raise quickly.
anger by indivuduals also show a lack of concern for others and poor upbringing by parent(s). if not corrected early on or unlearned, such labels as b i t c h or hard a s s are yors for life and no one will like you for long.

I'm the wrong person to be asking but the most efficient way to handle it is not to get angry. When u feel a argument about to come up, just change the subject or walk away.

Just walk away, and go the nest room till you are both calm down to be able to talk and see things clearly. You cant discuss things when you are both angry at each other because all you are going to do is just blame each other back and forth and nothing is going go get settled.

what are you angry about???
it may be hidden or not acknowledged...but when you find the root of your anger, talk it out with your husband, (if possible)...or think it through...n u may then find your solution.
