I am talking about a woman who has had a hysterectomy. No womb.

They do the same thing they would do if the woman had all her reproductive organs, except there will be no lucky boy.

No. They head straight for the womb and hopefully zap an ova if one is planted during ovulation.

Well actually, yes. They stitch up the top of the cervix so they have no where else to go.
