Geez... what a question. So hard to answer...
I think in the long run Israel has made more, since they are on our umbilical cord since '48.
The Bush junta has caught up quick and as replenished the supply of fresh enemies and is doing a marvelous job (i must admit) to alienate the world and our allies.
So in essence i think it is a draw. Combined of course the Bush junta and Israel are the worst things ever happened to the United States. It will take a century to repair the damage they have done, but that can only be achieved if Israel is cut off life-support today.
Each time i hear someone saying that Israel is our only friend in the middle east i am taken aback and remember the times before Israel when we haven't had an enemy in the middle east.

Since the day Bush ordered to invade Iraq, America made more enemies than ever.Even if there's no enough evidence than Iraq is carrying a Weapons of Mass Destruction, the invasion still have carried on. France, a US allies knows this, and they have the guts to say NO for the invasion. Now, it ends up Iran have the WMD and this is a disaster for Peace in Israel, in America and the rest of the world.

From my point of view i think that it would be Israel... If you come to think of it, Islamic terrorists wouldn't attack America and other Western Countries if America didn't support the formation of Israel in the 1940's... as a fact, there wasn't Israel before the end of World War 2... The land israel is occupying today is that of Palestine, which was a muslim country! Now here came the Holocaust... Remember that demonic person Hitler? Yes, he accused all Jews for all the troubles in the world... Now during world war 2, because of Hitler, millions of Jews were being slaughtered... Right after the end of World War 2, fearing the extinction of the Jewish race, and in partial fulfillment of the Zionistic Movement, the surviving Jews wanted to go back to their homeland, and establish a fully independent Jewish State, Israel... Millions of Jews began to settle in Palestine... The king of Saudi Arabia, was angered of this, since to think of it, the muslims didn't do anything wrong to the Jews, but here came the Jews occupying land which wasn't theirs... So the Saudi Arabian King asked America not to support the settling of the Jews... Well the American President at that time, Truman, (i think), promised that he wouldn't allow the Jews to settle in Palestine... The jews forced America to let them settle in Palestine, or they would consider America as an enemy to the Zionistic movement... America, fearing that it's economy would go sinking, after all, the richest people in America, and the people in control of America's economy were mostly Jewish, helped establish the new state of Israel... The arabs, left feeling betrayed, wanted revenge... after all if you were in their shoes, you would also be angered... imagine Americans being forced out from their own country and letting Mexicans enter, just because they think that it was their own place... Wouldn't you be angry too... That's why I think Israel has made more enemies for America... I am not trying to insult Jews or Israelites... But let's face it... The truth is indeed harder to comprehend and digest than fiction...

Neither. Where have you been- under a rock? They hated us before, they hate us now, they'll hate us tomorrow, they'll hate us in 20 years, and if the world is still around then, they'll hate us in 2000 years. If we gave them a 10 million dollars a day, a state of ours a year to add to their territory, wrote hit songs in the honor of their country saying how wonderful they are and how awful we are....and gave them a Hershey bar....they'd STILL hate us.
So SCREW what they think of us and if they hate us or not. They always will and sooooo what.
If America made all of her decisions by world popularity pole, first off, we'd still belong to Britain, second, we'd never be the foremost world power that we are...which is exactly WHY certain other countries hate us. Screw 'em...they can sit at the bottom of the food chain and scowl.
:-)
Lovin' America, Bush, and Israel.

Bush has made the more, given only these two choices. But insular and ultraconservative doctrines in the Muslim cultures have made more still. The political circumstances make enemies, not one single cause. (The illiberal media in Moslem countries and the low levels of education in these countries contribute to make "enemies" of powerful "infidels" also.)

If you mean the muslem - it is not a matter of a person.
they hate the west - no matter who is the president.
and Israel - is just an excuse.
They hate the western culture - for the same reasons that in the history hated it.

Bush has done very well for himself in this area. Israel has always had their Arab problems ever since they took that piece of land the U.N. gave them in 47.
