You know the oil money goes towards better weaponry to hit Israel. They started the last war just to test weapon systems. The moderate Muslims still support the evil that say "Death to America." That battle cry is a way of saying, "Israel gets it first, and then America."

The way you broad brush Islamic peoples and culture shows you have spent no time trying to understand either. The biggest mess in the middle east right now is the one we created in Iraq. And guess what. We ARE occupiers. As long as we have 140K troops on the ground, how much autonomy do think the local government really has?

Your article was rather interesting but not complete..It is a very sad instance where those who speak out most vehemently, appear to be the least educated in the reality of the necessary knowledge, in what they think.

What you left out was in reference to why those Muslims in this country do not speak out against all the atrocities that have been thrown at the USA.. (without any response, before Bush). They know what will happen to them if they do speak out..Look what was thrown at Rushdi when he wrote the expose` of Islam. All islamists are under commandment to kill the infidel..That means us! They are not to even make friends with christians or jews. If those professing Islamic faith do not follow those commandments, they will also be killed.

Being accused of being racist is a bit far fetched.. within the Islamic faith, should you not be an islamist, you are hated regardless of race, or any other consideration. You will either convert or face the sword.

In the free world oil products are owned by companies that are regulated by governments. In totalitarian countries, which are essentially socialist/communist, the oil products are owned by the government.

If we vote out all republicans we too can have government owned oil. and a totalitarian society run by hillary, nancy and the other comrades.

Despite what you think, massive amounts of oil dollars go to the citizens of those countries and certainly the ruling leaders are filthy rich as well. In those same countries many companies provide equipment and services so that many of the dollars goes back into the world economy.

As this relates to energy requirements in the US, if we start producing in the Gulf of Mexico, offshore California and ANWAR we can all but eliminate the need to purchase from OPEC. Why won't the socialists in congress allow us to become independent of OPEC oil? You need to ask your democrat congress that question.

Try to get your head in order and your facts right. What has Sudan got to do with oil? Nothing, and that's why the US aren't there. The civil war there is actually one tribe against another, one of which happens to be mainly Christian. Your long list are Arab names, not Muslim ones. You can only assume they are Muslim the same way you might (wrongly) assume that a European must be a Christian. Apply the last sentence of your "question" from the word "clean" to your own country and you have it right there. The profits of the big oil comanies were made public only this week. Not too many Arab names there.

What muslim countries has America helped? They went into Iraq not to help the people but because they were worried about oil supplies. Whatever the Americans do is purely out of self interest not concern for the inhabitants of the country. The trouble is they have dragged England into the conflict as well and we have paid the penalty. If America had its way they would invade both Iran and Syria in the name of stamping out terrorism.
