Still be his close friend. Don't act uncomfortable around him or avoid him because you fell weird about it. He took a chance by telling you, who knows what the furure holds. You may fall in love with him, or you may be great friends for life, he may fall in love agin with another girl.

Try some thing to never experienced coz life has many things u can miss out on, he could be ur soulmate only if u try and see what kind of person he is besides just a friend.
Just remember if ur relationship don't work out you always can count on friendship coz it never lets you down.
If u really don't have feelings for u and u don't want to know him in that way..then tell him that u think of him like a brother.
This is what men hate coz when they hear this they know they have no chance to get with u.

You need to talk to him and explain that even though you like him very much but only as friends and that there is nothing more. Explain to him that you are telling him this now so it doesn't hurt him latter. But you must stick to this other wise your just playing games with him and you are likely to loose a good friend.

Ur close friend finds u very attractive and u should thank him for his compliment....
U need to respect his feelings and be honest with him...if he is a good friend he will understand...
However, be prepared for him being upset...u need to be gentle with him and don't make fun of him.

Nothing---just continue being friends. Tell him that you feel so cherished and special that he is in love with you. You do not have to love him in return, but you can be sensitive to his vulnerable state just now and be more caring---just gently tell him that he is a very special friend but you do not have romantic notions about him.

You need to explain to him that you care for him as a friend. And don't want to lose your friendship. But you just don't feel the same way as he does. The faster you do this the easier it will be for you and him.

Just talk to him and explain. Also you can wait for a while to see if you grow any feelings toward him. Time heals everything :) Just hang on, only if you feel it might change.
