over a B + ...you need better Rb's and a better back up Qb..you did great with the Te's and 3 top Wr's !!!! trade for a better QB and RB's ..keep Jordan tho..and you'll do better the 5th place.

this team sucks. Lamont jordan is overrated in Oakland. Chambers and Steve Smith could get you a couple wins. Not a good team. At least Steven Jackson or Cadillac Williams were there, I guarantee.

Honestly, you need to trade Gonzalez for a better RB. Maybe a good one is available on the FA market, that way, you could just drop Drew or Norwood. Without one, it's going to be tough to make the playoffs.
Overall: C-. Has the potential for a B.
