i have tried to delete this e mail account and have had no luck i no longer use help.........................................

you cant delete your account
i never heard about something like that
but if you want ask the help from the site of your e-mail , i mean service , may be they will help you

Which email account? If you are talking about the account from your internet provider, you can't. If you are talking about another type account, you will have to say which one as they are different.
